Part of Shore Drive in Virginia Beach blocked off after fatal accident
Both northbound and southbound lanes in the 2500 and 2600 blocks of Shore Drive in Virginia Beach are blocked off Thursday morning after a fatal accident, a police spokeswoman said. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route.
