EOLIA, Ky. (AP) -- An eastern Kentucky man is awaiting extradition to Virginia to face an armed robbery charge. Kentucky State Police Trooper James Fields says officers arrested William Howard Sawyer of Blackey, Kentucky, during a traffic stop on Friday.
