I need a specific answer to a very specific question!?
I'm traveling by airplane from Lynchburg Virginia to Spring Texas! Can anyone accurately tell me the possible cost, and the number of planes I would be on (one single flight or would I have to switch planes at another airport?) Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry but I'm unable to give you a specific answer since there are too many factors. What you want to know depend on the airline that you wish to use, the airport that you're going to, the airport that you're leaving from, and the popularity of both locations. High popularity locations would have more direct flights to choose from, and that is also the case with popular airlines. Look up the airline that you wish to fly with and give them a call or look at their website. Actually, do both. You'll get plenty of information.

It's difficult to answer the question because the departure date is unknown. The departure cities would be either Roanoke or Richmond, VA. Arrival city would be Houston, TX. See "maps.google.com" for relevance to that. Go to one of the links below and enter your search criteria and you should have your answer. Hope this helps.

First you should be a little more specific on dates and if you wanted a roundtrip or not. People like myself have no problem looking up airfares for others who dont have to much experience in it. Lynchburg VA doesnt have any major airports for 100 miles at least so you are automatically gonna have to switch planes at least 1 time. Since you didnt give any dates i assumed you wanted to go to Texas for Thanksgiving to see family like meee!! but im not going to Texas...ok getting back on track here...you will probably want to fly out of Lynchburg Regional Airport..The next closest airport is Roanoke which is over 40 miles away. Whether or not Lynchburg or Roanoke flights differ in price might be irrelevant since they are so far apart and you would spend the difference on gas anyways trying to get to Roanoke. The date i picked was November 23 which is a Monday and 3 days before thanksgiving. The price for that date is 243.70 ONE WAY on US Airways on EXPEDIA.com. Like i said before if i had dates i could have done a much better search for ya. The longer you wait the more likely that price is gonna go up and a Monday is considered a cheaper day to fly when your talking airlines but i did see that on December 3 the price went to 145.00 ONE WAY. Use websites like Expedia, and Orbitz and when you find a price you like go to that actual airlines website and look for that exact flight you found on expedia or orbitz and you will most likely save yourself 8-14 bucks since airlines pay those kinda sites to adertise. So the only given i can really say now is you will have to switch planes at least once and you are very far away from airports with nonstop service to houston such as airports in Washington D.C/Maryland i.e. Reagen and Dulles Airport
