I booked a flight for my Fiancee through Travelocity that connects in Chicago O' Hare. I am reading from different places she would have to collect her luggage and re-check it in. Her departure flight is from Manila, to Point of Entry, at Chicago, with a connection on domestic flight to Virginia. Its all under one ticket, so she should not have to collect her luggage until her final destination, correct? She is coming here on a K1 visa.

The check-through system is not possible in the United States.
