Can I get into Virginia Tech

Can I get into Virginia Tech?
Hello, I am a senior in HS getting ready to apply to College. I want to study Aerospace Engineering at Virginia Tech, and I know the Engineering department is very competitive. I want to know if I can get in with the following characteristics: I am a first generation college student I am a minority(South Asian) I have a 4.071 Weighted GPA, and a 3.857 Unweighted GPA I have a 1700 SAT (600 Math, 540 Reading) - This is my worst feature b/c I am a bad test taker I won third place at the state level for a TSA Engineering Design Competition last May This past summer I completed a three week long Engineering summer camp at Howard University I have made the Honor roll every single quarter of every single year of High School I have taken Engineering classes every year except sophomore year of High School I have taken at least two advanced classes each year, and have done very well in AP/Honors classes I have been a member of my school's engineering club for the past two years I recently got into an international magazine - Quiet & Electric Flight - with my own picture and article for designing and building my own R/C plane for a Fun-Fly event, it'll be published in April 2010, though I don't want it to be a shock if I get denied, so I would like to know my chances now. A lot of people are telling me they are very high but I really am not sure. Virginia Tech is my dream school and I really want to go there.

*edit* I'm really sorry, when I answered before I wasn't thinking and when I read Virginia Tech I started thinking of Virginia College. (How dumb is that?) And I was really confused as to why someone with a resume like you would be going to a technical school if you are concerned with academics and know what you want to do. Anyways...use http://www.cappex.com/ to chance yourself, or on collegeconfidential's discussion boards there are people who will chance you. You sound like a great candidate though.
