http://www.sidestep.com/ is a good site that checks several different airlines all at once. There are many like it, but most don't include the cheaper airlines like southwest, jet blue, etc like this one does! Another tip though is to check the rate on something like expedia to get an example of the cost find out the flight numvbers, and then call the airline directly and ask if they will beat expedia's cost. They almost always will, because they would rather get the money than pay a % to expedia, orbitz, priceline, etc. Good luck in your search.
