Roanoke (WSLS) - The Roanoke Regional office of the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control is stepping up efforts in the Roanoke Valley to combat alcohol-related accidents. Roanoke is in the top five jurisdictions in the state for DUI convictions.
