Virginia Parker McKenzie, 86, Neosho, entered into rest on Aug. 31, 2014, in Neosho at her home, following a two month illness. Virginia was born July 31, 1928, in Verona, the last of six children born to Noble D. and Katherine (Seitnater) Parker.
