your first reservations will be canceled and it depends on the ticket you got a lot tickets are non-refundable so you wont get your money back on that ticket but you might get credit (its up to the airline that issue the ticket they might say sorry you will have to buy new tickets or they could change the ticket and charge you a change fee some charge up to $150 to change a ticket too bad you didn't say what airline you would have to check their terms of conditions on THEIR website but since YOU didn't say WHAT AIRLINE

Yes - just about anything is possible - it only depends on how much you want to pay. If you find yourself in that situation, the only real help you will get is from the airline involved. They are the ones, after all, who make the rules under which your ticket is valid. It is basically a whole new ticket, to which they may apply some percentage of the cost of the previous ticket as a partial payment. However they were to work that out for you, it will cost significant money to make sure a change.

It will cost you - a lot.

Most likely not. You will have to cancel your reservation for a fee of about $125 (unless on Jetblue [$75], Southwest [fare difference] or AirTran [$75]). Call the airline and ask.
