Help me book a flight

Help me book a flight?
Im new to the whole flying thing. Ive been looking online now for and hour and can't find a good airline. I live in the Tri-State area of Ohio West Virginia and Kentucky and i need a good airline that can take me from here to Hornbeck Louisiana or somewhere really close. Please help!! I need airline names and codes if you can. Ive never even thought about flying until now because 23 hours is just painful to drive these days. Thanks

I don't know where Hornbeck is. A flight from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky airport (CVG) to New Orleans is provided by US Airways, Delta, American, United and Continental. If you fly into Alexandria, you'll need to transfer. The airlines that go there include Northwest, American, Continental and Delta.

Sallee, you can expect to pay over $700 to fly out of Huntington, Charleston or Cincinnati to New Orleans. You could fly into Shreveport, Jackson or Houston which surround Hornbeck. If you are going to rent a car and drive from the airport to Hornbeck, I suggest that you fly into Houston, as the fare on US Air is about $470 round trip and the mileage into Hornbeck is about the same. If you want to book this yourself, you can go to www.expedia.com and use the codes HTS-Huntington, IAH-Houston. Most of the car rental companies have their own websites. www.hertz.com www.avis.com www.budget.com etc. If you need to find your way from Houston to Hornbeck go to www.mapquest.com Regards, Dan PS Don't talk about the tri-state area. I just checked Kayak.com and guessed at the dates May and return May 20 You are looking at 440 on Delta to Alexandria LA (AEX) which appears to be the closest airport for the rt Can you get someone to give you a ride to Columbus??? Fares are much cheaper from there you can fly those dates to New Orleans for 148 on Delta or 153 on Northwest. Go to kayak.com and poke around different dates and cities until you get something to work for you. Dont woorry if you dont know the codes. type the city and the website will figure it out
