No -- no airlines fly nonstop between those two cities. Southwest has one flight from Omaha to Norfolk that makes two stops along the way, according to its website, but there is no similar flight returning to Omaha. (On that Southwest flight, the flight number is the same, making it likely you wouldn't have to change planes.) Your mother may wish to consider utilizing the unaccompanied minor service offered by most airlines for you and your younger cousin -- for a fee, airline staff will ensure that you make your connecting flights and otherwise assist you in your travels.
